Workshop de Capacitação de Eficiência Energética, 19 de Maio 2026

[PT]

On May 19th, the Vale d’Este Living Lab hosted a new participatory session, bringing together members of the Solar Units from “Creche Cupertino de Miranda” and the Scout Group, within the scope of the PVSMILE, SOCIAREM, ENPOWER and NGS projects.

The main objective of the initiative was to share the status of ongoing projects, clarify doubts, and collect direct feedback from participants, reinforcing the central role of the community in the development of solutions for the energy transition.

During the session, a workshop dedicated to the Wis4Households platform stood out. This tool enables participants to monitor energy consumption, receive alerts, and identify opportunities for savings. The activity was supported by Henrique Pombeiro, from Watt-Is, the project’s technology partner, who guided participants in exploring the platform.

The impact was very positive, with a noticeable increase in both interest and adoption of the platform. Among the most valued features were alerts for unusual consumption, appliance-level analysis, and access to historical consumption data.

Participants also shared suggestions for improvement, which will contribute to the platform’s continuous development, and there was strong interest in future Living Lab activities.

The Vale d’Este Living Lab thus continues to position itself as a space for collaborative innovation, promoting more efficient, sustainable, and user-centered energy solutions.
